Perceiving Life

I tasted the most exquisite gelato tonight, and I found it at the grocery store (at Fresh Market, I think). It is unbelievably delicious! I haven’t tasted gelato, or any frozen dessert for that matter, this good since…well, since I was in Italy. According to “Entrepreneur”, “The (gelato) company claims as its source of inspiration Bernando Buontalenti, a famed Florentine artist and architect with a penchant for fine food.” I believe it. They use the finest ingredients, such as fresh fruit and nuts, real blocks of Belgian chocolate, and hormone-free milk. I can’t wait to try out all their flavors!
